Mindset Fitness OÜ, registry code 17311632 (“We”), whose main activity is training.

We process personal data in the course of our activities and it is important for Us that the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, so that the right to privacy of Our customers is protected.

These Data Protection Rules reflect Our principles for the processing of personal data and the related obligations, rights and responsibilities.

Since Our customers are natural persons, We process personal data in our daily economic activities as a controller, only in certain cases as an authorized processor.

As a processor, we receive personal data from our legal entity client, which may be a company ordering a service from us and which is the data controller.
