Kerdu is a former pro basketball player who helps elite athletes master identity, confidence and mindset on and beyond the game. As the founder of Mindset Fitness™, she’s known for her authentic energy, practical wisdom and sharing on stage the same science-backed tools she uses with top performers behind the scenes.
